How to change your life in the next 30 days


Are you one of those people who keep on making New Year’s resolutions yet after a month or two, you go back into doing your old “not-so-productive” habits? Today, it’s time to change those old habits.

You can change your life in the next 30 days! It just takes a little shift in the mindset; to have a “Winning Mindset,’ and back it up by following the ‘30-Days Relentless.” Source: System Builder Book (4th Edition), Xuan Nguyen, page. 309.

According to Xuan Nguyen:
“The day I totally changed my life… it didn’t come the first month or the second month. About 5 to 6 months in the business, the day I was so sick and tired of being a loser, I made a mental decision that I would never go home every night before 11pm.”

This winning mindset not only applies to business but in anything we want to accomplish in life. Basing on what Xuan said; there are 3 steps in order to accomplish anything in life may it be business, physical, financial, or even relationships.

Step 1: Decide!
Everything starts in the mind. Everything starts in your decision to change your life. What do you really, really want?

1. Is it to finally start saving and investing?
2. Is it to start exercising regularly?
3. Is it to have weekly dates with your partner?
4. Is it going to mass every day?

You decide! With full conviction that you are going to finally do it! Be sick and tired of being a loser and finally commit in doing it!

Step 2: Have a Clear Plan!
Be very specific with your action plans. As for Xuan, he decided to not go home every night before 11pm. How about your resolutions? What are your action plans?

1. What percentage of your salary or profit will you save? Every when will you invest?
2. What day of the week will you do exercise? How long will it take?
3. Where will you take your partner? Is it on a dinner date, movie date or quality-time chit-chat date?
4. Where will you hear mass? At what time of the day? Can you be consistent?

Be specific! Be clear. A plan without action is just a dream! Let us stop dreaming and start making it a reality.

Step 3: Have Discipline and Be Persistent!
And lastly, the dark horse of them all is to be disciplined and persistent. Being disciplined means doing the things you don’t want to do but is necessary for success. Just keep on doing it, even if you feel like quitting, just continue and be persistent. And when you accomplish your desired tasks in the next 30 days, then you have developed a winning habit. 

“I believe you can change your life in 30 days. You can change your habits in 30 days. 
If you’re a late person, if you decide to be 10 minutes early to any appointment, job or party for 30 days, you can be an early person for the rest of your life. 
If you can stick to physical exercise for 30 days without fail, you can have and keep that habit. 
If you go out in the field and be in business every night for 30 days, you will develop a winning habit that lasts a lifetime.”
